Last month, Lady Gaga, Lindsay Lohan and someone who was thought to be Lana Del Rey at the time spent a night together at the Chateau Marmont hotel in West Hollywood, CA. Gaga shared pictures of the evening on her site LittleMonsters.com, but in Del Rey's place is photographer Ellen von Unwerth. Was she the third person or was Lana just not pictured?
