Another Woman Sues Russell Simmons for Allegedly Raping Her

Another woman has stepped forward with rape allegations against Russell Simons, and she is suing him.

TMZ reported that the woman, who filed as a Jane Doe in the suit, claimed she met Simmons at a concert. The woman said she was serving as a chaperone to her elementary school-aged son at a hip-hop concert and Simmons extended an invite to meet the headliner backstage. She accepted, and he then invited her to a party at the Clarion Hotel in Los Angeles. She went after she dropped off her child. In the suit, the woman claimed Simmons told her he needed to get something from his hotel room (they were hanging out at a nightclub and the hotel bar). She alleged that he told her "I'm going to fuck you" when they got to his room. When she said no, Simmons allegedly said, "I am going to fuck you, or I'm going to fuck your son. You decide," before he proceeded to rape her. The woman is suing for at least $10 million.

The music mogul has consistently denied every allegation of rape and sexual assault against him. Over 12 women have accused Simmons of rape or sexual misconduct including Jennifer Jarosik, who filed a $5 million lawsuit in January.

Simmons told TMZ, "I vehemently deny all the allegations made against me. They have shocked me to my core as I have never been abusive or violent in any way in my relations with women. I have submitted myself to multiple lie detector tests. I denied forced sex and sexual harassment allegations brought against me in each test; I also answered no to the question, 'Have you ever physically forced any woman to have sexual intercourse?' I passed all of the lie detector tests."
