Fot those who still haven't tried the insane multiplayer glory of Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, I highly recommend it. It's gory, it's beautiful, and it's about as fun as can be. It's got that fun mix of visceral combat and tactics that make for deep, engaging gameplay. If you've got a few hours to get lost in some medieval mayhem, I highly recommend this one.

Magicka is one of those really rare games that offer something completely unique in the gameplay department. An action-RPG that plays like no other, it'll have you mixing natural elements with hotkeys to craft your own spells in real-time. It's the closest thing to being a wizard you'll ever experience and the game, as well as all of its DLC (including the awesome Vietnam expansion) are on sale.

Well, it looks like Jurassic Park IV is actually going to happen, but if you're impatient like I am you can grab a brand-new dino adventure over at Gamefly. The problem with a lot of real-time strategy games is that even though they're incredibly engrossing and have a brilliant balance of game mechanics, they're ugly as sin. Anno 2070 changes this by offering one of the most gorgeous looking city-building experiences this side of Sim City. Do be mindful though that in horrible Ubisoft tradition, it's got some god-awful DRM.
