While it isn't technically official yet, it appears as though Britney Spears and Demi Lovato have signed on join the judging panel for the upcoming season of Simon Cowell's talent show The X-Factor. Spears and Lovato are replacing Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul, who were shown the door following the show's first season. Perhaps the pair of pop divas will breathe new life into the program's deflated ratings.
