The Seattle Police Departmentbrought about 1,000 snack-size bags of Doritos to Hempfest and used the event as an educational opportunity—each bag featured a sticker guiding nacho-loving stoners to a website with information about Washington's legal weed guidelines. They quickly ran out of snacks, meaning they accomplished their goal:
