Soon enough, Ryanair passengers might be able to purchase porn while flying the friendly skies. The airline, which made a name for itself by selling standing room only tickets, will allow customers to log into an app and download smut onto handheld devices.
While CEO Michael O'Leary acknowledged that porn won't be viewable on every screen throughout the airplanes, he offered this justification for Ryanair making it available: "hotels around the world have it, so why wouldn't we?" You can watch as much porn as you desire at a hotel, but you don't have the privacy to do that in a socially acceptable fashion on an airplane. Not until next year at least, when Ryanair plans to launch this service.
Don't be shocked if it's grounded before takeoff.
