Less than a week after Mark Carson was murdered in cold blood by the remorseless Elliot Morales, another gay man has been attacked in New York City. Last night, promoter Dan Contarino was approached at Avenue D and 4th Street by a man who screamed "f****" while punching and kicking him viciously. Though witnesses rushed to help Contarino, his attacked escaped.
Contarino was left with a black eye which you can clearly see in the photo above. According to NightlifeGay.com, police are investigating the assault, but have yet to classify it as a hate crime.
