Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were seen together supporting their son Saint during his soccer match in Los Angeles over the weekend.

Even as the two finalize certain aspects of their divorce, such as a custody agreement, Kim and Ye appear to be trying to make the co-parenting arrangement work. Footage obtained by TMZ showed them keeping a distance between each other, but they appeared, at least, to be on speaking terms.

West has taken to Instagram to publicly accuse Kardashian of not allowing him to see their kids on several occasions. On one such occasion, she fired back in the comments, writing, “Please stop with this narrative, you were just here this morning picking up the kids for school.” Despite his constant barrage of inflammatory remarks towards her, Kim has chosen to defend herself without stooping low.

Kardashian recently spoke on the Ellen show about why she has consistently resorted to taking the high road.

“I think that’s just who I am and I always saw such a good example in my mom and my dad in their relationship, so I’m always just hopeful and no matter what goes on, it’s the father of my kids,” Kim said. “I’ll always be protective—I always want my kids to just see the best of the best. So I just try to—as hard as it can be sometimes—I do try to ignore it and just try to do whatever’s best for the kids. … Take the high road.”
