23 people are confirmed dead and dozens have been rescued after a Taiwanese plane carrying mostly Chinese tourists crashed into a river in Taipei.
Dash-cam footage shows the TransAsia Airways plane clipping a bridge as it falls from the sky. The pilots are said to have radioed a Mayday call "declaring engine flame-out" before the crash.
The plane was carrying 58 people–53 passengers and 5 crew.
