The first trailer for Machine Gun Kelly’s directorial debut, Good Mourning, has arrived.

In it, Kelly, who is acting under his real name, Colson Baker, plays an aspiring actor who gets broken up with days before one of the biggest meetings of his life, and must go on a chaotic quest to try and get his girlfriend back. During that journey, Baker’s character encounters a series of surprise guests, with Pete Davidson, Megan Fox, Dennis Rodman, Trippie Redd, and several others making cameo appearances in the trailer. Snoop Dogg also provides his voice to an animated blunt. Becky G, GaTa, Mod Sun, and Dove Cameron round out the cast.

MGK and Mod Sun have their fingerprints all over this one, serving as stars, writers and directors. MGK previously directed several of his music videos, and has been acting for several years now, appearing in films like Project Power, Bird Box, The King of Staten Island, and most recently, The Last Son.

The film also marks the latest chapter in MGK and Davidson’s bromance, which began when they were introduced on the set of Wild ‘N Out in 2017.

“I don’t have any siblings, you know, so when you have someone like Pete, like, that’s like my little brother,” Kelly said of Davidson in 2020. “He’s like my best friend but also like a little brother, so, like, you have the opportunity to live that dynamic of, like, having a sibling. So, obviously, to me, that’s like the dream. Pete’s like that for me.”

Good Mourning is set to hit theaters on May 20. Watch the official trailer up top.
