As Omar from The Wire said, "A man got to have a code." For this would-be robber in Colorado his code involves not jacking people he knows.
An unknown man walked into a Wheat Ridge convenience store Tuesday and immediately regretted his plans. "(Expletive), I was going to rob this place but I know you," he said.
Then he asked the clerk if he recognized him, to which the clerk said no.
"Good," the robber said before giving a thumbs up and peacing the fuck out.
It appears that another convenience store fell within the robber's code, however. Shortly after the botched attempt a nearby 7-Eleven was robbed by a man fitting the same description. Police are still searching for homeboy.
