During a conversation with TMZ, Offset made a plea to Fortnite and Epic Games on FaZe Jarvis' behalf.

"It's a game. We make mistakes when we're young," Offset said. "Fortnite says the game is for the youth. The youth makes mistakes a lot of the time. Let the kids play. This is something they love to do. Don't take away something they love especially when it's your business."

In November, the 17-year-old revealed that he was banned from Fortnite for life because he used illegal "aimbots" during a recreational game that was streamed on YouTube. During his emotional YouTube video, Jarvis admitted to using the hack, which allows players to auto-focus their weapons. Along with being banned from playing the game, Jarvis also said that he is prohibited from attending any Fortnite-related events for life.

"All I was thinking about whilst I was making those videos was just how entertaining and interesting these videos would be for you guys to watch," he said. "It didn’t even cross my mind to think that I could be banned for life from Fortnite from those videos. I just want to be clear that this is the first time that I have ever done anything like this and of course I have never done this in a competitive game mode at all."

Offset has a solution. "Ban him for 30 days. Give him probation terms or something like that," Offset said. "Then if they keep doing the same violations than you do something like that. But a couple times messing up, they kids. They not no grown adults. They're playing a game."

TMZ caught Offset while he was attending an event to celebrate his exclusive apparel collaboration with FaZe Clan. The event was held at the FaZe Arcade in Los Angeles. Offset's line officially launched on Tuesday and features two hooded sweatshirts and a long sleeve tee. Each piece was curated by Offset FaZe Clan’s Head of Design, Erik Marino. The rapper joins NBA star Ben Simmons, NFL star Juju Smith-Schuster, Lil Yachty, and more as the latest FaZe investor.
