It's the middle of the year, so Complex is looking back at The Best of 2010 (So Far) with a series of features that highlight our favorite stuff from the world of entertainment, fashion, art, and more.
There's a few things you can count on, year in and year out, and one of them is that Complex is going to pay close attention to the movers and shakers in the hot celebrity world, daily. We're halfway through the year and some of our favorites like Kim Kardashian, Katy Perry, and Stacy Dash show up on our top 25 of 2010 so far, but there are also some newcomers who really made a name for themselves and have a pretty face to back up their talent.
