Amazon Prime unleashed the first trailer for The Boys season 2and it appears it won't disappoint.

The preview made its official debut Friday at CCXP San Paulo during the Amazon panel, which included cast members Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, and Karen Fukuhara as well as executive producers Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and Eric Kripke, who also developed the show.

According toDeadline, the stars took some time to speak about their respective anti-superhero roles and share some thoughts on The Boys' inaugural season. But, unfortunately for the audience, the cast remained tight-lipped about what they had in store for the second round.

The one-and-a-half-minute trailer doesn't reveal too much information about the season 2 storylines, and what it lacks in dialogue it makes up for in action and gore—a lot of gore. The teaser begins with a blood-soaked Homelander (Starr) flying down as he stares strangely at someone, or something, on the ground. We then see a string of intense, fast-paced clips that features characters Starlight, Billy Butcher, A Train, Queen Maeve, the Deep, Mr. Edgar, and Hughie, as well as a lot of violence.

"We have a lot more blood coming, so get ready," Fukuhara said during the panel, as reported by The Wrap. "Blood. Lots and lots of Blood."

Starr also contributed a vague, but intriguing teaser: "[It's] really fucking wild. I can't tell you what, but it is some of the weirdest things I have ever done and I can't wait for you guys to see."
