Lindsay Lohan's return to the spotlight, thanks to her new MTV series, has been...interesting. While many remnants of the messy party girl we remember in the early aughts have been tucked away, Lohan is still saying a few off-the-wall things here and there as she does her press rounds.
Her latest interview with Andy Cohen, however, is rather chill. During Lohan's appearance on Watch What Happens Live, she's asked about her mini Instagram feud with Kim Kardashian a year ago.
If you missed it, or don't remember, Kim posted a photo of herself in some appropriated cornrows on IG. Lohan commented, "I'm confused," which set the internet ablaze at the prospect of a woke Lohan.
Kim, a fan of clapping back, quickly replied, "You know what’s confusing…your sudden foreign accent.”
Lohan rolled her eyes when being asked about where she stands with the famous Kardashian sister, but apparently everything is fine. "I love Kim, so I was just confused by the braids because she just had a baby,” Lohan explained to Cohen. "And, I don’t know. We’re friends."
Kim has a point: Lohan's accent can be baffling, especially when she's harassing a Syrian family. “Well, I think it’s because actresses even, I think when I’m around certain dialects it changes each time—Panos even—and you just pick things up along the way," she recently explained to Entertainment Tonight.
Cohen later asked her about Kris Jenner's cameo in Ariana Grande's video for "Thank U, Next," which pays tribute to Lohan's classic film Mean Girls. "I love Kris Jenner, so anything she does is great for me," Lohan replied. Watch the full interview up top.
