Why Kim Kardashian Is Facing Backlash Over Tyson Beckford Feud

"Kim is not even remotely funny. Not sure why she would insinuate Tyson is gay just because he said her hips are lopsided," one Twitter user wrote after Kim decided to clap back at model Tyson Beckford.

For over the past decade, Kim Kardashian has been fielding backlash from haters across the internet. The Kardashian clan, like most celebrities, are targets of both cruel comments and justified criticism, which comes with the territory of being one of America’s most famous families. So you’d think that after all these years Kim would've learned how to, I don’t know, let things go. Do you think Rihanna or Beyoncé feel the need to clap back at everyone who criticizes them online? Absolutely not.

But alas, Kim took the bait. Actor and legendary model Tyson Beckford criticized Kim’s body in one of her Instagram posts. "Sorry. I don't care for it personally," he wrote. "She's not real, doctor fucked up on her right hip."

Kim clapped back, "Sis we all know why you don't care for it,” adding a frog, tea, and painted nails emojis. Obviously, she’s taking shots at Beckford’s sexuality, which is a tired, lazy, and problematic blow, but I digress. While we’re here, let’s just add in that Kim should not be throwing around the word “sis,” especially when addressing black people.

Fans and news outlets are now criticizing Kim for being homophobic. Tyson didn’t respond to the clap back but dug further into his previous comment. "My opinion on plastic surgery stays the same, not for me! I personally don't care for it! Done end of story!” he wrote.

...another case of Kim getting too comfortable with black vocabulary.......then making an effort to try and "out" someone causes she has thin skin

Tyson: I don't find her body work attractive
Kim: We no you don't, cause you gay
Y'all: Oooooohhhhh Kim with the Clapback.

Yes, defend your faves being homophobic and problematic.
