According to CNN, George Zimmerman, the man acquitted for the death of teenager Trayvon Martin in 2013, was involved in a shooting incident today in Lake Mary, Florida.
Police spokeswoman Bianca Gillett told CNN that the shooting appears to have been part of a road rage incident, although specifics are unclear as the shooting is currently under investigation.
Zimmerman received a minor gunshot wound, according to the police chief.

UPDATE, May 11, 2:40 p.m. ET: Lake Mary Police Chief Steve Bracknell has reported that the road rage incident may have been related to "ongoing dispute" between Zimmerman and another person.
Helicopter video footage from news channel WESH in Orlando also showed a bullet hole in the passenger window of Zimmerman's car.
A witness interviewed by WESH said that Zimmerman appeared to be walking normally, and was able to get into the ambulance without any assistance.
UPDATE, May 11, 2:55 p.m. ET: Local new station WFTV reports that Zimmerman appears to have suffered injuries to the face. Karla Ray, one of their news anchors, tweeted that injuries may have been from shattered glass.
