Killer Mike has become so ubiquitous that it can be difficult to keep up with everything he’s doing at times. In the midst of working on Run The Jewels 3 with El-P, showing Bernie Sanders continuous support, and making various appearances, he’s also had just enough time to lay down a few guest verses.
Last month we heard Killer Mike connect with Logic on “Tree of Life” and Daye Jack on “Hands Up.” Now he joins forces with Lushlife and CSLSX for their collaborative effort “This Ecstatic Cult.” Together, Lushlife, CSLSX, and Killer Mike create a funky new track that can mentally transport any listener suffer through winter’s harsh temperatures to the fun warmth of summertime.
