In an interview on The Tonight ShowSnoop Dogg confirmed that his next album will be titled Algorithm and that it will drop sometime in November.

But perhaps the best part of the interview came when the rapper played a hilarious game of “One-Second Rap Songs,” where Snoop could only hear one second of a famous rap song, and then guess the name of the record.

Snoop dominated the game early, correctly guessing “C.R.E.A.M.” by Wu-Tang Clan, “OPP” by Naughty By Nature, and “Regulate” by Warren G and Nate Dogg. Fallon then upped the stakes, playing only a quarter of a second for each of the tracks. The change-up didn’t phase Snoop in the slightest, as he was easily able to guess “Gin & Juice” by just listening to a quarter second of the track.

As for the album, Jimmy Fallon seemed surprised that Snoop revealed so much info.

“Wow, that was more info than I thought I was gonna get,” Fallon said after he asked if a new Snoop album was incoming. “I thought you were just gonna go ‘yeah, maybe.” Snoop also teased that the album will feature “a lot of big-name acts.” Along with his upcoming album, Snoop teased his kids’ album called Def Jam Kids, his way of  doing “something for the kids.”

The legendary rapper also discussed his role as “executive creative and strategic consultant” at Def Jam Records.

“I was a fan of Def Jam Records as a kid and knowing the talent they have over there and the opportunities that was waiting on me, I wanted to go over there and give a lot of opportunity to the artists over there to get some information, some wisdom and some guidance for me, and then also develop some new acts and give some opportunities,” Snoop said.

“Def Jam was the perfect place for me considering how much I love it and how much it means to hip-hop and how it really needed someone like me to come and change the energy of the building,” he added. “So, I’m over there for one reason, to get the music back poppin’ and to make people feel like they’re supposed to feel.”
