In a post shared on his Instagram, Kodak Black announced that he’s got another child on the way but wrote that he “was a lil upset” by the news he learned at the gender reveal party.

“My BM so pretty,” he wrote alongside a photo of him with his girlfriend, 25-year-old Daijanae Ward. “Wore blue and pink to be neutral about everything even tho I wanted a boy kuz I just had a daughter in January I was a lil upset when that pink smoke came out but it is what it is I know we’ll produce a beautiful healthy baby !!! To be honest I was suppose to have two daughters anyways for my legacy !!!”

Despite sharing his disappointment regarding the reveal of his child’s sex, Kodak stressed that he would “forever love all my kids the same.” He added, “The next one gone be a boy tho.”

In another post, he revealed that Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr., who currently stars in Euphoria and as his father Big Meech in Black Mafia Family, is the Godfather of his daughter. “Lil Meech from Broward and Detroit just like my baby so I made em the GodDaddy,” he wrote. “My lil one got real n***as behind her I’m ZMF he BMF plus he good people.”

The news of Kodak Black’s child comes after he gave an interview with The Breakfast Club, in which he suggested he’ll only be the “boyfriend” of a woman expecting his child if they have a boy. If they’re due to have a girl, however, he said he’ll only be their “baby daddy.”

On Friday, Kodak delivered his first project of 2022 with Back for Everything, which features a lone feature from Lil Durk. The Florida rapper might’ve been shot earlier this month, but he’s not letting it get in the way of his music career.

Also this week, Kodak shared footage of his mom getting a Sniper Gang tattoo on her arm. “Ma Jus Snapped & Tatted #SG On Her,” he wrote in the post’s caption.
