Back with his sixth release of the year, South East London MC and producer Duppy has lifted the lid on the visuals for his latest banger, “Wooshu”.

Tapping into the spirit of classic grime rawness and jetting it into 2021, Duppy keeps the energy sky high with a kinetic instrumental and a never-ending stream of quotables. It’s crying out to be heard in live settings and now that he’s catching more attention, it couldn’t have come at a better time.

Squintz—a long-time friend, collaborator and fellow MC—handles the visuals here, capturing footage of Duppy and his team bouncing round the London streets and generally taking it easy. Adding some playful edits and effects to finish it off, it’s an unfussy reminder of grime’s core tenets.
