Rising Atlanta rapper and Opium Records signee Destroy Lonely has delivered his vibrant new project, No Stylist.

Featuring production that recalls some of Playboi Carti’s more playful material, No Stylist serves as a strong introduction to colorful sound. The production is bass-heavy, and consistently gravitates to fast-paced BPMs. The bit-crushed synthesizers and almost constant barrage of manic samples makes it clear what led Carti to sign Destroy to his record label.

Destroy Lonely signed with Opium last year, and No Stylist features a sole guest appearance from his labelmate Ken Carson.

In his XXL cover story earlier this year, Carti outlined his plans for the label. “My artists that I have are Ken Carson, Destroy Lonely and Homicide Beno! And Homixide Meechie,” he explained. “I have a gang of producers. I came in first just signing a gang of producers. Ken and Lonely, they are two kids who grew up where I’m from. And they are family. As they got older, they started rapping.”
