Wednesday, Tyler shared the self-directed video for album standout "See You Again." As Tyler explained before uploading a final edit of the video, he didn't originally plan on ever releasing this one to the public. "So ive had this forever it feels like and wasnt gonna put it out but i figured this week why not," Tyler explained on Twitter. The video, he added, "ain't about shit."

Last month, Tyler once again linked with frequent collaborator ASAP Rocky (who also makes an appearance in the "See You Again" video) to whip up some "Potato Salad" in Paris. The results, which also included some aesthetic input from Jaden Smith, were incredible.
Speaking with GQ Style this week about his still-there desire to land an ubiquitous radio hit, Tyler recalled how impactful the format was on his early years as a music fan. "It's still a piece of me that not only wants to be on the radio, but it's probably some 11-year-old in the middle of fucking nowhere who might hear a song, look me up, get introduced to a whole world—and that could change everything he's into for the rest of his life,' he said, adding that he'll land such a song of his own on either the next album or "the three after that." Elsewhere in the must-read interview, Tyler discussed feeding ducks with Eminem and the tonal sweet spot of radio-friendly voices like Kanye and JAY.
