After missing his originally scheduled Hangout Fest performance due to a delayed flight from Chicago, Lupe Fiasco gave Alabama a small dose of consolation by joining prog rock impresarios Umphrey's McGee for an impromptu performance of Lasers single "The Show Goes On."

Umphrey's McGee leaned into the track's "Float On" basis with ease, giving the Gulf Shores attendees the rare opportunity to witness a seemingly disparate collaboration.

Less-than-stellar video of the performance has surfaced (see below), showing a camo-clad Lupe apologizing for the missed flight and pretty much going in on the Lasers standout.
