As a viral TikTok centered on how Drake lyrics can sometimes feel like he’s dissing “everything you do” continues to make the rounds, Lupe Fiasco has shared a playful response to the ongoing hilarity.

In case you’ve missed it in recent days, the clip in question—originally shared by @iamtresorr on TikTok over the weekend—has some fun with Drake’s “Fire in the Booth” freestyle, his appearance on Rick Ross’ “Gold Roses,” and the Her Loss cut “Middle of the Ocean.”

Specifically, the TikTok creator is shown expressing visible frustration over the tracks’ lyrics taking aim at New Balance, Spirit Airlines, and Hibachi.

After catching the clip himself, Lupe—who’s currently fresh off the release of his new “Checkin’” single—joked that Drake makes him “feel guilty for shit I didn’t even do” while simultaneously making him “question the legitimacy of my ACTUAL responsibilities.”

As fans will note, Lupe has consistently praised Drake’s work. And while the two have never collaborated in an official capacity, Lupe himself expressed interest in making something happen last December.

“Me three,” he told a fan at the time when responding to a request for a Drake and Lupe track.

In 2021, shortly after the rollout of Drake's Certified Lover Boy album, Lupe dropped a freestyle over the 6 God’s “Champagne Poetry” after previously telling fans he had been “running it back to back.”

Next for Drake is a new album meant to accompany his Titles Ruin Everything poetry book. As for Lupe, he recently shared the official video for the aforementioned "Checkin'" track. See that below.
