Iggy Azalea has seemingly addressed reports of Playboi Carti having been arrested and accused of aggravated assault in Georgia.

As first reported by TMZ on Tuesday, the assault in question is alleged to have taken place in December of last year, with Carti accused of choking and pushing his girlfriend following a verbal argument about a paternity test. The woman is further alleged to have been pregnant at the time. Carti’s lawyer, meanwhile, has denied the allegations, saying in a statement shared with Complex and other outlets that his client had been “falsely accused.”

Though Azalea didn’t specifically name Carti in a series of tweets shared hours after the news broke on Tuesday, the intention was clear.

“Been there. Done that,” the artist, who recently launched her expansive Hotter Than Hell project, said in one tweet. “Warned you.” Later, she referenced her and Carti’s child and accused her former partner of “serial abuse.” Elsewhere, she pointed to “karma” and wished her fans a happy Valentine’s Day.

“Imagine having a pregnant girlfriend and pretending they don’t exist until it comes out you like to abuse them too [and] rarely visiting your actual son unless [it’s] because you’re running from whatever problems ya got going on in Atlanta [and] the press with your serial abuse of woman,” Iggy wrote.

In the full statement addressing Tuesday’s report, Carti’s lawyer, Brian Steel, also referenced the local D.A.’s office.

“Mr. Carter was falsely accused,” Steel said. “Pursuant to my communications with the Fulton County District Attorney‘s Office, this case will be dismissed without any prosecution or litigation.”

Azalea has publicly called out Carti in the past, including back in April of last year when she told fans she and Carti were “not even remotely on good terms.” Additionally, Azalea said at the time, she had put a stop to “all direct contact” with Carti.
