Though Bang 3 is barely a week old, future mayor of ChicagoChief Keef has wasted nary a minute in announcing the sequel to that 14-track opus. If Instagrammed promises are to be trusted, then Keef will unveil Bang 3: Part II on August 18 via Film On Entertainment:
Though details on the album are scarce, Keef offered some brief words of encouragement and/or hype on Twitter:
2015 has proven an eventful year for Keef, with the release of Bang 3 (and, subsequently, Bang 3: Part II) topping off six months of a headline-snatching existence. Sorry 4 the Weightkicked off the marathon, followed quickly by a baffling Andy Milonakis collaboration entitled "Maybach." In July, Glo Gang associate Capo was shot and killed in Chicago, just weeks before Keef expressed his mayoral desires following the maddening shutdown of his charity hologram concert by local authorities.
