Quando Rondo has been granted a bond on his gang indictment case, and has been hit with a list of requirements he has to meet to ensure he'll stay out of prison until his trial begins.
On Monday, Chatham County Superior Court Judge Tammy Stokes announced the Savannah, Georgia, native met the initial requirements for bail and set it at $100,000. In her court order according to WJCL 22 News, Judge Stokes wrote, "The court finds it significant that defendant surrendered himself for arrest the day after he learned of the warrant for his arrest."
The 24-year-old's next list of requirements to maintain his bond and ensure he'll stay out of prison until his trial is extensive. For starters, he'll be required to surrender his passport to the court clerk, have no contact with his co-defendants, won't carry or own a firearm, won't use or possess illegal drugs, waive extradition, and can't break any laws. He will also have to appear at all of his court hearings.
Rondo was hit with four felony charges in a 49-count indictment earlier this month. Those charges include two counts of conspiracy to violate Georgia's controlled substances law, one count of participating in criminal activity affiliated with a street gang, and one count of illegal use of a cell phone to facilitate a drug deal.
He was also accused of being a manager of the local set of the Rollin' 60's Crips gang in his native Savannah, Georgia. Quando Rondo is getting ready to drop a new song titled "Feel This Way" on Tuesday.
