April Fool's Day gives everyone the chance to be a comedian. And do you know where the comedians linger? That's right, Al Gore's Internets. For some reason, everyone from the most famous DJs to the websites we use on the regular had their own April Fool's Day jokes. And while we can't say that each of these was a home run, some of them brought the funny in their own weird way.

We're sorry, SoundCloud; we kind of spoiled your April Fools "Here's the Drop" joke - although to be fair, you should've waited until Monday morning to post it, not thrown it out there on Sunday night.

While at press time, we've not seen a new photo of Steve Aoki holding up today's newspaper to verify this tweet's validity, but one of his signatures is his mane, so we're doubting he truly chopped it all off.

This might have been the most well-executed April Fools Joke, as they had an entire instructional video and all for this VST plug-in that made your songs instant trap bangers.

Pulse Radio thought it'd be clever to post about Daft Punk and Swedish House Mafia making a supergroup ("DAFT MAFIOSO"). This would've actually been funnier if SHM hadn't just split up a week ago.
Baauer's Mix For the XLR8R Podcast
XLR8R almost had us. The post was pretty over-anxious, but when you get an exclusive Baauer mix, you'd be ecstatic, too. That is until you hit the play button, and realize it not only starts and ends with the "Harlem Shake," with elements of said "Shake" throughout the 20-minute mix? Yeah this definitely smelled suspect.
Daft Punk - "Aerodynamic (Skrillex Remix)"
Be The Rave pulled a fast one; this time, it was said that Skrillex had remixed Daft Punk's "Aerodynamic," but after a short intro.... we got "Levels" again.

Mixmag's "DJ JB" post tried to let us know that the Biebs would be kicking off a DJ career in Ibiza or Las Vegas. We have a feeling he has a few more years of pet monkeys and challenging guys to fights before he goes full DJ.

Daft Punk Leaks
Last week, a fake leak of Daft Punk's Random Access Memories was being passed around on Twitter (it was 13 tracks of Avicii's "Levels"). Just in case you missed this, EDM Sauce uploaded the 15-second clip from the SNL commercial with another two minutes of "Levels" attached to it.
