It was only in August that Lil Uzi Vert released his debut studio album, Luv Is Rage 2, but it looks like he's starting off 2018 strong with another project.
Today, Uzi took to Twitter to announce he’s finished a new tape produced start to finish by Wheezy. “@LILUZIVERT x @wheezy5th Tape Done In 12hrs," he wrote. If Uzi's use of emojis are any indication, the collab is fire.

Luv Is Rage2 moved 135,000 units in the first week of its release, debuting at the top of the Billboard 200 albums chart in September. We’re eager to see if the new project is just as hot, but if Wheezy is attached, there’s little doubt it will be. The Mississippi-born producer cut his teeth in the Atlanta scene, having traveled to Atlanta every summer with his father. For someone just barely in their mid-twenties, his portfolio is quite extensive.
Then again, Wheezy started producing when he was just 15 years old. Since then, he’s worked with T.I., Young Thug, Rich Homie Quan, Rich Gang, Rocko, and Bankroll Fresh, just to name a few.
