Taylor Swift earned way more than anyone else in music in 2015. Billboard shared their "Top-Money Makers List of 2015" on Thursday and Swift dominated the list with a whopping total revenue of $73.5 million. The 1989 singer earned $564,000 from streaming alone, which is an interesting figure considering Swift has kept all of her music off Spotify. Of course, her albums were available to stream on Apple Music, which has led to a few hilarious commercials. She also earned $4.1 million in publishing royalties and a cool $7.2 million in pure album sales.

Touring was the clear determining factor for the all of the artists listed and served as the largest generator of revenue for Swift. She earned a colossal $61.7 million in touring. It shouldn't be too much of a surprise that she earned so much from touring after the huge success of her celebrity-filled 1989 World Tour. Overall, Taylor earned over $33 million more Kenny Chesney, who came in at No. 2 on the list and still raked in an impressive $39.8 million. The Rolling Stones, Billy Joel, and One Direction round out the top five, while Adele, Madonna, J. Cole, The Weeknd, and more all appear on the stacked list. You can check out the full list of the 40 top earners here.
