Lil Poopy's father, Luis Rivera, has been arrested in a federal gang and drug raid, according to The Enterprise. The father of the famous child rapper and reality star was included on a list of 50 people who have been arrested and charged in federal courts in Boston.

Rivera is accused of being a part of a network of several gangs in the area, including the 18th Street Gang, the East Side Money Gang, and the Boylston Gang. He was reportedly charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and cocaine base after he was found in possession of 280 grams or more of the substance, according to court records. A grand jury indicted Rivera on the charge after being presented with the evidence. The charge carries a mandatory 10-year to life prison sentence. Rivera pleaded not guilty at arraignment and will be held until his next court date on June 14.

This isn't the first time Rivera has had trouble with the law. Back in 2013, he was arrested on drug and gun charges. At the time, the state Department of Children and Families was also looking into his home life on possible child abuse and neglect allegations.

Poopy rose to fame in 2012 under French Montana's Coke Boy Label after appearing on the mixtape, Coke Ain't a Bad Word. After disappearing for a few years, Poopy returned to the public eye in the beginning of 2016 on Jermaine Dupri's Lifetime reality show, The Rap Game. Many thought the competition was his to win, but he lost to the show's winner, Miss Mulatto. However, on Wednesday, Poopy did tell his fans on Instagram that he has a new music video coming out soon.

Poopy has not yet commented on his father's arrest.
