If you've got eclectic taste in music, this week was a good one. From exciting new bands to rap veterans, plenty of artists saw this week as the right time to let go of some gems. Limiting this to five wasn't easy, but here are our picks for the week's best songs.

5. Wiz Khalifa f/ 50 Cent "Telescope"
The pairing of Wiz Khalifa and 50 Cent could have gone in a lot of different directions, but they kept it smooth over this Harry Fraud production. It sounds surprisingly natural to both, and "Telescope" turned out to be a solid cut.
4. Yeasayer "Longevity"
We're used to Yeasayer getting weird, but "Longevity" is a good combination of strange and accessible. The track is soaked in psychedelia and gets a little chaotic, but underneath all the madness is a great, catchy pop track.
3. M.I.A. f/ Missy Elliott & Rye Rye "Bad Girls (Remix)"
On the remix to "Bad Girls," it sounds like M.I.A. and her cohorts set out to make a club banger. And, as you might have guessed, that's just what they have done. Switch's beat is energetic and as thick with bass as possible, and it sets the stage for Missy Elliott to body the track. M.I.A. and Rye Rye are no slouches either.
2. Purity Ring "Fineshrine"
This dark indie pop duo hasn't disappointed once. In an age where quantity often buries quality, Purity Ring is killing it with consistency. Their album Shrines is set to be one of the year's finest debuts.
1. Nas ft. Rick Ross "Accident Murderers"
Every element of Nas' latest Life Is Good single, "Accident Murderers," works perfectly. Rick Ross sounds revitalized on his guest verse, No I.D. laced a slick combination of choral vocals and church organs, and Nas is on his street-disciple tip. Life Is Good is shaping up nicely.
