There were some major releases this week. Young Thug finally dropped his highly-anticipated album Punk, featuring the Drake and Travis Scott-assisted standout, “Bubbly.” Adele is back with her latest ballad, “Easy On Me.” And Lil Durk delivered aggressive bars on “Pissed Me Off.” This week’s list also includes new songs from Summer Walker, JT of City Girls, PinkPantheress, and more.

“Bubbly” is a dizzying track that unites Young Thug with Drake and Travis Scott. Thugger kicks things off with a sharp verse, rapping about his career, fame, and designer drip. “This drip out the trenches, I know you gon’ dig it, I come through this motherfucker plain (Woah)/ I cut up my wrist, soakin’ wet (Yeah)/ And Coachella keep callin’, they won’t see the face,” he spits. Adele, “Easy On Me”

Adele is back. “Easy On Me” is a soulful ballad that finds the English singer-songwriter belting out powerful vocals about a broken marriage, family, and the lessons she’s learned along the way. “There ain’t no room for things to change/ When we are both so deeply stuck in our ways/ You can’t deny how hard I have tried/ I changed who I was to put you both first/ But now I give up,” she sings. On the chorus, Adele also sings to her son, asking him to “go easy on me.” “Easy on Me” arrives after Adele’s six-year hiatus and is the lead single from her new album, 30.

Lil Durk, “Pissed Me Off”

“Pissed Me Off” is a hard-hitting and aggressive record from Lil Durk, on which he raps over a haunting beat, courtesy of matthewfm, and spits about street activity, weapons, and more. “Boy, no cap, I got killers that I love, and they don’t rap (Let’s get it)/ Boy, no cap (No cap), I got rappers that I love, and they gon’ splat (Gon’ splat),” he raps. Durk also shouts out his girlfriend India and the late King Von. “Pissed Me Off” is a bar-heavy record that is expected to appear on Lil Durk’s next album. 

Summer Waker f/ JT, “Ex for a Reason”

“Ex for a Reason” is a fun, uptempo record that finds Summer Walker singing about her man’s ex-girlfriend who is trying to take what’s hers. On the track, Summer Walker is bold and flippant, singing, “That bitch your ex (Your ex), for a reason though (Reason though)/ I got what I know she still wants.” JT of the City Girls also assists on the record with a saucy verse. “You the type I’ll slap out (Slap out)/ And you mad ‘cause a bitch got a bag and my back out/ Keep playin’, I’ma snap out (Snap out),” she spits. “Ex for a Reason” is the first single from Summer’s upcoming album, Still Over It

Remi Wolf, “Buzz Me In”

“Buzz Me In” is a fun and danceable track on which Remi Wolf appealing to a love interest. Remi attempts to woo her lover by popping up at their place. “I’m at the gate, will you buzz me in?/ Buzz me right/ ​​I keep on going to your place/ I keep on coming for you, babe/ I’m coming for ya,” the California artist sings. “Buzz Me In” appears on Remi Wolf’s new album, Juno.

PinkPanthreess, “All my friends know”
