“Out of Time” is a dreamy record with a nostalgic ’80s R&B and pop sound to it. The Weeknd cops to the past mistakes that he’s made in a relationship. Though his ex has moved on, he still pleads for them to give him another chance. “If he messes up just a little/ Baby, you know my line/ If you don’t trust him a little/ Then come right back, girl, come right back,” he croons in high-pitched and sultry vocals. “Out of Time” is a smooth and romantic standout from the Weeknd’s latest album Dawn FM. Gunna, Future, and Young Thug are back at it again with “Pushin P,” a hypnotic track that finds the trio delivering intoxicating flows over Wheezy production. Gunna defines what “pushin P” means by talking about the jewelry he wears, the girls he gets, and other material wealth. “Private suitе, private seat, bitch, I’m pushin’ P/ Purple pint, pussy pink, bitch, I’m pushin’ P,” he spits. Young Thug also delivers a braggadocious verse, rapping, “Okay, bought her a P, not a pill, a Porsche (Pushin’ P)/ Three Ps, pop pourin’ Porsche.” And Future is the glue that keeps the track together, delivering ad-libs and plenty of swagger on the chorus. “Pushin P” appears on Gunna’s new album, DS4EVER

“Million Dollars Worth of Game” is a hot collaboration between 2 Chainz and 42 Dugg. Over head-banging production, anchored by a whistling loop, 2 Chainz brags about the money and jewelry on his nightstand, as well as the other fortunes his lifestyle has afforded him. “Don’t make me pull out of me, cash, I ain’t trippin’/ Long ass nose on the sticks, got it pimpin’,” he spits. 42 Dugg contributes to the chorus and a fiery verse, where he touches on his luxury cars, fallen friends, and more.

On the “FABEV Freestyle,” Cordae puts his own spin on the beat for Kendrick Lamar’s 2017 track “The Heart Part 4.” Cordae lays down retrospective bars about his career in rap, the come-up, past mistakes, and more. “Time is limited upon this Earth/ Before the death and after the birth/ From a bird’s-eye view, my third eye grew/ For sure, I knew I was destined to do this shit,” he spits. “FABEV Freestyle” was released ahead of Cordae’s sophomore album Bird’s Eye View, which is slated to drop on Jan. 14.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again, “Fish Scale”

“Fish Scale” is a rowdy song, but finds YoungBoy in a reflective mode as he looks back on his wild and fast-paced lifestyle. He even sounds a little paranoid as he makes threats to perceived attackers, while making it very clear that he’s nothing to mess with. “Fish scale, Draco with that kick real (It got grip)/ I got clientele comin’ through on my cell (Yeah, yeah)/ What you want, we sell/ We got verses, plus some hittas get them bodies out of here,” he spits.

Earl Sweatshirt, “Titanic”

“Titanic” is a hard-hitting, bar-heavy track that finds Earl Sweatshirt delivering a spiraling verse over warped production, courtesy of frequent collaborator Black Noi$e. Earl delivers a verse full of witty wordplay, spitting, “Did the dash, got outta dodge/ Crashed out grandmama car.” The track also includes additional vocals from rapper Na-Kel Smith, who previously collaborated with Earl on “DNA.” “Titanic” will appear on Earl Sweatshirt’s next project, Sick!, dropping Jan. 14.

“Dear Fear” is a smooth and jazzy track that finds Kota The Friend laying down introspective bars. “I really gotta Thank you for protecting me/ For all these years/ But I had to grow up and tell you let me be/ Let me feel/ Let me know love,” he raps. “Dear Fear” arrives after the release of his single “Grateful.”
