In his new music video for "Purge," Bas reminds people of the empowered sentiment often felt after getting over a relationship.

The Dreamville rapper debuted the video on Thursday, which delivers crisp, retro shots of him navigating his way through a neon-lit space. Directed by Trent Ubben and Jack Jensen for The Fiends, the visual begins with Bas smoking a blunt in his blue-tinted car interior. Throughout the video Bas appears to be flowing through the various stages of self-reflection.

"Purge" is part of his third studio album Milky Way.

The rapper is also overseas to support the project. He'll be in Dublin, Ireland on March 3 and close out on March 28 in Moscow, Russia.

"This album is about finding ground. About not poisoning your own well," the rapper previously said of the project. "About finding and tethering yourself to the love that truly fulfills you. Love of self. Love of others. Lovers. Family. Friends. Fans. You’ve all given me all the affirmation I’ll ever need. That is the Milky Way. The only way to go.”
