Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé stopped time on Wednesday with Megan's "Savage Remix" featuring Bey herself.

Following the surprise drop, an emotional Megan took to Instagram to express what collaborating with her hometown's greatest icon means to her.

"I'm literally crying being from HOUSTON MF TEXAS this shit means EVERYTHING to me !!!! SAVAGE REMIX FT THE QUEEN @BEYONCE OUT NOW!" Meg wrote before sharing that all proceeds from the song will be used to help out other Houstonians who have been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

Megan @TheeStallion got emotional talking about her collaboration with @Beyonce and what it would’ve meant to her late mother:

“My mama was a really huge fan of Beyoncé.” pic.twitter.com/tJGKnQbgBv

It wasn't long before Megan's colleagues and counterparts in the world of entertainment flocked to her comments section to acknowledge the moment. Among them was frequent collaborator Juicy J—who also congratulated her on Twitter—as well as fellow Houston natives, Lizzo, Slim Thug, and Normani.

They were joined by other female rappers like Trina, Asian Da Brat, Mulatto, Dreezy, and more. Beyoncé's protégés Chloe x Halle also showed Megan some love.

Other notable figures and brands chimed in too—including DaBaby, who wrote "Major," Tinashe, Skai Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Keke Palmer, Problem, Wiz Khalifa, Amine, Jordyn Woods, Lil Nas X, YG, Winnie Harlow, Ms. Banks, MTV, and more. Even Oprah Magazine chimed in, because that's how big of a deal this was.
