The Weeknd might have just hinted at another project in the near future.
The Toronto crooner tweeted a photo of him shrouded in smoke and wrote “chapter done soon. Just let these pages flip.”
Last year, The Weeknd mysteriously shared a promo video teasing “Chapter III,” which ended up being his album Beauty Behind the Madness. His Twitter bio once read “Chapter 1: Trilogy | Chapter 2: Kiss Land | Chapter 3,” indicating that his music is parallel to chapters of his life. Are we getting “Chapter 4” soon?
The Weeknd’s Beauty Behind the Madness catapulted him to mainstream stardom. In the first week on the Billboard 200, it debuted at No. 1 with 412,000 copies sold. Of that sum, 326,000 were pure album sales.
