This year’s Rock The Bells has a huge lineup that features a reunited Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, headliners Timbaland and Missy Elliott, and host The RZA. But one of the acts expected to perform at the hip-hop festival apparently won't be there. It's Lupe Fiasco, who jumped on Twitter to clarify that he is not performing. There is still some time left, so maybe he’ll change his mind.
