Back in March, Slaughter Gang member SG Tip released Block Boy Tip, which boasted a Smokepurpp and Yung Bans-assisted track alongside other bangers that highlighted his growth since dropping Nigga With Ambition in 2017. Tip keeps the momentum going for Block Boy Tip today by sharing the visual for project opener "Lifestyle."

The record, produced by Richie Souf, acts like a mission statement from SG Tip, and the East Atlanta-based rapper pulls no punches on how he operates in the streets, and what the repercussions can be if you make the wrong move around him. "I never changed on the gang, I love my brothers/If you cross that line I bust your brain," he spits over the trap backdrop.

The video takes a scaled-back approach, with Tip enjoying the company of his close friends who share the same sentiment of loyalty. It also includes a cameo from Slaughter Gang's own 21 Savage, who earned the Billboard Music Award for Top Rap Song alongside Post Malone for their chart-topping hit "Rockstar." Savage is currently on tour with Malone, with the three-month trek running through June.

“'Lifestyle' was the intro because I liked the fact it had no hook and it was the first song I did with Richie Souf for Block Boy," SG Tip told Complex. "We shot a video for it because it’s one of the songs streaming most on the project so it's made an impact. Richie and I have a solo project in the works too.”

SG Tip recently celebrated racking up five million streams on Apple Music and Spotify, a milestone the rapper will savor, though it's clear he can expect bigger achievements as his name and rep continue to spread.
