Mayer Hawthorne grabs Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar for his latest record, "Crime."
Over polished drums and a funky melody, Mayer flexes his vocal chops while Kendrick pops in with a vicous verse. Though their extracurricular activities may be stymied by the police on this smooth gem, we're sure you'll find a way to make this record a party starter for the summer.
"Crime" will be included on Hawthorne's third album, Where Does This Door Go?, out July 16.
