Forget for a moment that Mayer Hawthorne's blissful vocals are stylistically touching the sky with "Her Favorite Song," and check out the enchanting visuals for his new single.
There's beautiful women, and more beautiful women, all surrounded by tailored mammals of the canine variety. It's amusing, adorable, and remarkable at the same damn time. The phrase, "All men are dogs" never seemed so potent.
Musically, we may prefer the remix version provided by Large Professor, but that's simply nitpicking when both records are impressive in their own right.
Hawthorne's new album, Where Does This Door Go, will be released on July 16.
