Lyquin has been building quite a buzz for himself lately. Earlier this year he released his project The Other Side and also showcased his talents alongside Chris Brown and Skeme on DJ Drama’s single “Wishing,” which peaked at No. 77 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. With Generation Now (Drama, Don Cannon) and The Legacy Established by his side, the Maryland rapper looks to continue that momentum into 2017 with his new video for “Ungrateful.”
What starts out as a relationship between Lyquin and co-star Capri Shannelle that seems to be going through ups and downs soon turns into something more as the rapper reveals he's been in another relationship the whole time. What happens next, well, you'll have to watch to find out.
"This video embodies something most of us have experienced before whether being on the receiving end or dishing it out,” Lyquin told Complex via email. “We've all experienced taking someone for granted or being taken for granted by someone else. You never know what the outcome could result in."
