Isaiah Rashad's latest signing to TDE is no fluke. A student of the rap game, the Chattanooga, Tennessee MC has proven to be an impressive individual who creates music with meaning. And quite frankly, he can rap his ass off, too. At 21-years-old Rashad is on the verge of stardom, but before he takes that giant step it's good to know where it all started. In "ONETWOWATCH," Rashad gives us an in-depth look of the people and places that made him who he is.

Rashad explains his music depicts his experiences growing up. "Just the environment, I felt like it influenced the way my music sounds now," he says. "Chattanooga is really calm, but it's really aggressive at the same time. It's hard to get out of it. Like I said before, I think the music reflects that."

He also shows off his black Honda Civic, which has seen better days. Still, the car provides a lot of good memories for Rashad. "This is where I did all my stupid stuff in. I'm not perfect. I'm not really afraid to talk about the stupid stuff I did," he says. "I got my girlfriend pregnant in this car. Like, it's weird, you feel me? It's not weird, it's a story."

He later takes us to his mother's hair salon, who shares an inspiring story about faith and perseverance. A strong-willed woman who went from working as a janitor to owning her own business, it's clear where Rashad gets his determination from. "My mom is the only person I know who's her own boss," Rashad says. "Everybody else I know who their own boss sell weed, sell drugs or something."
