19-year-old producer Kuren's 2016 closed out very strong, with the talented beat-smith earning himself a J Award nomination for Unearthed Artist Of The Year and heading up a national club tour – unsurprisingly, his 2017 is looking to be even bigger and better.
His first major play for the year is this brand new emotionally-charged single called "Mon Amour", a team-up with Brisbane up-and-comer AUSTEN that the pair says is dedicated to late nights consumed with heartbreak.
A natural progression of Kuren's evocative sound, the track follows on from his Tesseract EP single "Home", the Ben Alessi assisted joint that flooded radio waves last year.
This one's a hard-hitting jam with rattling percussion and a rippling drop, and AUSTEN's vocals are sure to hit you with a direct shot to the feels. The producer will be supporting Perth electronic duo Slumberjack in May, and while we wait for that, you can immerse yourself in the lush sounds up above.
