Toronto-based artist, MorMor, is quickly becoming one of our favourite new finds. The singer-songwriter may only have three singles to his name, but with each track release, his evergrowing hype becomes more justified. After a few months in our playlists, MorMor (real name Seth Nyquist), is finally prepping to unleash his debut project later this month — and to help tide us over, we're getting a new song and fresh visuals. "Waiting on the Warmth", which will land on his aforementioned EP Heaven's Only Wishful, has MorMor once again blending neon synth pop with R&B grooves and classic soul elements.

The accompanying music video sees Nyquist walk through empty streets in black and white, only to be hit with a kaleidoscopic burst of colour at the song's chorus. "Waiting on the Warmth" is as hypnotic as it gets, both visually and sonically, so do yourselves a favour and check out the damn thing in full above. Be sure to mark your digital calendars too, because MorMor will be dropping Heaven's Only Wishful on Friday, June 22. In the meantime, revisit his previous releases here and here.
