If the moniker already sounds familiar, it's because the gifted producer has spent his time holed up in the studio crafting tracks for rising artists PVRX, LB Spiffy, and BlackaDaDon. His penchant for infectious melodies and drum patterns has made Pollo an in-demand beatmaker in the city, and now the Rexdale talent is using this buzz to jumpstart his very own solo career. As it stands now, his catalog is pretty miniscule, but what we've been blessed with these past few months tease some big things to come in 2019.
Earlier this weekend, Pollo unleashed the music video for his latest track "Get Right". The come up anthem showcases Pollo's hood and splices in slick and trippy little edits inspired by platforms like Lyrical Lemonade. "Get Right" was composed, written, mixed and mastered by the man himself with the only additional credit going to Stephaniiee Lynn behind the lens.
