Payroll Giovanni has dropped off his new project Back 2 the Basics, as well as the visual for the project’s new single “Throw the List Away.”
The Detroit native’s two children served as executive producers for Back 2 the Basics. The offering follows his previous projects, including 2021’s Way, 2020’s Ghetto Rich N***az, and 2019’s Spirit of a Boss.
At one point in his career, Payroll was signed to Jeezy’s CTE label with his group Doughboyz Cashout, and also had a deal with Def Jam in 2017. Payroll later launched his own label, BYLUG Entertainment through Empire.
