Two members of Machine Gun Kelly's crew have been arrested for an alleged attack on actor Gabriel "G-Rod" Rodriguez

According to TMZ, Brandon "Slim" Allen and John "Rook" Cappellety surrendered to authorities this week more than a year after the altercation took place at a Georgia Hampton Inn hotel. Police say security cameras captured Slim, Rook, and Lamar Reed attacking the 41-year-old actor in the hotel lobby. Slim and Rook, who is also MGK's drummer, were charged with misdemeanor battery causing substantial physical harm. Reed is still wanted by police on the same charges.

Rodriguez claimed the attack went down shortly after he confronted MGK about his inappropriate comments about Eminem's then-16-year-old daughter. That confrontation was also captured on Rodriguez's phone.

"I'm gonna say it because it has to be said, you're a pussy for going for family!" Rodriguez tells the rapper in the video obtained by TMZ.

Rodriguez later called MGK a "coward" and announced he had filed a lawsuit against the artist for allegedly instructing his crew to carry out the attack. Rodriguez also sued the hotel for negligence.

Rook and Slim were released Tuesday from Fulton County Jail on a $2,000 surety bond. Stay tuned as more information about the case becomes available.
