YoungBoy Never Broke Again is back with his second studio album of 2023, Don’t Try This at Home.
The 33-track effort features a guest appearance from Nicki Minaj, who offers a verse on the single “WTF.” In the lead-up to the release, the pair teamed up for a video. It’s also got Post Malone and the Kid Laroi on “What You Say” and Mariah the Scientist on “Rear View”
The project arrives just months after YoungBoy dropped off I Rest My Case, which debuted at No. 9 on the Billboard 200. YB has refused to slow down even after the breakneck pace at which he dropped new music in 2022. The year saw him release his fourth studio album The Last Slimeto, the compilation LP Lost Files, and four solo mixtapes. He also put out two collaborative efforts, Better Than You with DaBaby, and 3860 with Quando Rondo. At the rate he’s been producing new music, it’s safe to assume Don’t Try This at Home won’t be YoungBoy’s last major release of 2023.
Last month, the rapper appeared to confirm reports that he’d married Jazlyn Mychelle with a tattoo that showed up in the video for his Zayel collaboration “Members Only.”
